Bariss CANT heal anyone back to 100% from any %. You (like most others) are failing to understand (or choosing to ignore) how her ability works. The equilization part is NOT a heal. She steals health from the party and re-distributes it to make all equal THEN she heals with the weakest baby heal in the game.
You say its opinion an not fact either way but the original is ALL the facts (and videos, diagrams, an screenshots to prove it) saying shes OP is opinion, saying she is bot OP is pure proven FACT.
