It's been 82 days since the last event to unlock Baylan Skoll and there is still no date for when the next one will be. This policy of making players wait who haven't spent the money right away is really tiring!!!
I didn’t spend money on him and got him the 2nd time around. If he’s that important to you, I suggest doing a better job at planning ahead
