Might be a good indicator that it's a big problem for a lot of people. Can only agree with OP, without the right toons this combo can be almost impossible to beat, even for a full 5 people squad. There are of course other chars that's a bit to strong, but nothing like this team.

That being said, Chirrut and Baze are fun to play with (Wedge is the real MVP still).

I run chaze and I've faced better teams than mine in the arena that don't run them.

At end-game, yes, but for new accounts they cannot be farmed. My son and I run an "alt" account and Chaze is just debilitating before the level cap. They'll be more manageable once we hit the level cap and max out some counter characters, but they're a giant bummer now.

And newer players are definitely not clearing LS stage 9 hard nodes....so they're only farmable from shipments...which barely qualifies in my mind. Direct payment of premium currency is "paying" rather than "farming" I think.

I would also like to point out that this game is actually pay 2 play, even paying is a fleeting advantage. The only long term benefit is mods, because it's a pure numbers game.

Even a huge roster will eventually even out for all players. They get things first but nothing is exclusive for ever.

Except for ships i.e. Kylo, Cassian, Falcon, and reaper which can only be paid for as of now

That is not true. You could have paid for them but there is no way to farm them that is exclusively a paid option.
