Ben Solo not in store

He's in proving grounds.

When conquest characters reach a certain point, they drop out of the store completely, you can only get him from proving grounds now.

What is the point of taking him out of the store? If anything the older characters should be in the store more often.

The idea of conquest characters is that if you didn't get it during conquest, you don't deserve to ever unlock it because you're bad.

Lol what? You're being sarcastic, right? Newer toons are in the shop to make them more available. Older toons already have a place, proving grounds. Why would you have older toons everywhere and newer toons nowhere?

Then people would complain because gideon, taron, etc never show up.

So from what I've seen you have to log in on the very day conquest ends once a month just so you can get 20 shards. got it.
