Best Evasion Leader?

The extra damage or the extra speed? Why?

I use rebels, clones or IGD. Frankly, Ben and Dooku are the same to me except occasionally Daka and RG and Dooku leave me overly stunned early in a fight and that's annoying for a few seconds.
