Dooku, on offense. Ben on defense?
Head to head in an Evasion vs Evasion shootout, if AI plays correctly, it's Dooku, in general. Old Ben is stunned by Dooku's opening attack (if ben doesn't dodge, anyway), greatly decreasing the impact of Mind Tricks. Dooku is so fast he can keep Ben stunned thru round 2 or even 3, a lot of the time. By the time Mind Tricks goes off, Dooku team has some O up already, and O down doesn't stick on those toons.
But if Han is on Ben's team, it seems like a 90% chance that Force Lightning not only doesn't stick, but the double stun attacks Han, and it also misses, lol. Then Han taunts off the bat.
Old ben is frustrating to use on offense, because if he doesn't get Mind tricks off when it counts, he feels like 95% dead weight. Dooku stuns jedi all day, even with his basic, and his counters add up. You can't stun dooku, it's not worth the risk because he's so fast it won't last long, and if you fail to stick the stun, he counters. You can stun OR ability block Ben all day long. With multiple chances, unless he has QGJ lead... which doesn't make him Evasion l. So if Ben gets blocked or stunned before he acts, by a team that has multiple stun/block skills, he is pretty much dead weight. Block him for two or 3 rounds, then his window of opportunity is gone.
Then when he's the last toon, Ben is just 45 seconds of stalling the inevitable. Almost any single toon can finish off Ben. When ben uses Mind Tricks when its down to 2 toons left, it's useless, because those toons were probably on cooldown, anyway... and the ability itself doesn't do any damage. (not like his basic does much, either). Dooku can turn around from the red and beat a single jedi, easily, in a one-on-one. If it come down to, say Lumi vs Dooku, one on one, with Lumi full health and heal on the ready, Dooku in the yellow, I'll take Dooku, every time.
