Best mod set up for palpatine

Hey guys me again just want to say Merry Christmas! I have a question that needs a good solid answer and that is; Mods

So I recently got palpatine unlocked and got him to 6* and I'm pretty chuffed with myself having waiting so long for this moment.

What are the perfect mods for palpatine set up wise. I've been told go for health or go for speed and go for potency etc.....

I just wanted someone's second opinion

    From my 4 or so months of experience with him putting 2 sets of potency mods with one set of health, having a speed arrow and potency cross with as much speed secondarys as possible is the best to put on him

    ALL that matters is speed, and I guess potency to a lesser extent. Whoever has the fastest palpatine has a huge advantage. People are generally modding him with anything that has a high speed secondary like they do with STH to make him the fastest.

    Pretty generic but speed and damage. You want crit chance AND damage for the AAT.

    Even with a fast TFP and Boba? If those two goes first then palp can just clean up

    This for arena.

    I totally change the modding for phase three of tank raid to cc. I do make sure the cross has a potency main stat. Offense mods work, as well.

    Thats what i do and having relatively good success in arena
