Best mods for Rey?

Can you explain why? I'm a bit fresh to analyzing the stats. She gets a boost passively for 25% to offense if she's buffed, so why mod speed over offense up, or even crit up

I realize her second special hits 4 times so maybe the crit up is better, but it's a fine line. Does she really benefit the most from speed? She's plenty fast already. Wouldn't that be the worst of the 3 (Best choices) ?

I don't have any mods with speed as the primary stat, but I got one that gave 36% crit damage, and that made a noticeable difference. I have Crit damage, 2x protection and 2x offense on my Rey 1x health. I got lucky and three of my mods have a secondary ranging from 5-8 speed.

Why is crit damage better than crit chance up? I would've thought that it would be the other way around?
