Best Omega Ability for Rey?

Is it her Basic, Leverage or Flurry? I'm leaning towards flurry, but would assume that her basic gets used more often?

Would maxing her 3 Omega's be the most important? I've currently got Fives and QGJ basics omega'd. Any other "must haves"? I only have room for one more Omega upgrade, but am going to hit 80 soon. I have a 6* Daka, but I don't really use her for anything, so I was hesitant to invest in her basic.
