Best way to mod vader for a Zaul lead Team

I wonder how useful Vader is under anything but his own or a Palpatine lead.

Without the permanent dots from his own lead or the turn meter gain from Palpatine, there is a very good chance that the dots will have been dispelled by the time he gets to use culling blade.

Yes he'll be one of the first to move under Zaul, but he'll inflict a low damage attack then revert back to being slow, his one dangerous move on a high cooldown and relying on no dispelling.
