Bib Fortuna - Kit Concept

After the RotJ blitz in 2023, we are yet to see Bib Fortuna make his appearance. My kit concept portrays him as a Jabba lifter, turning the team into a sort of anti-Jedi power squad. I tried to make him weak but powerful, and able to easily replace the 5th in a Hutt Cartel team comp.
BIB FORTUNA
Dark Side, Support, Hutt Cartel
Support for Jabba The Hutt who enriches Ultimate Charge gain and allows allies to debuff Jedi extensively.
BASIC: Gatekeep (Final Text, Omega)
Call the non-Galactic Legend ally with the highest Max Protection to Assist, dealing 40% less damage. If they were Hutt Cartel, this damage penalty is reduced by 1% for every 3% Mastery they had, and reduced to 0 if the target enemy is a Jedi or they had Blind. Then, all Hutt Cartel allies gain an effect based on their role for 1 turn:
- Attackers: Protection Up (30%)
- Tanks: Protection Up (70%)
- Healers and Supports: Protection Up (50%)
SPECIAL 1: I Know Who You Are (Final Text, Zeta)
Inflict Speed Down on all enemies. If they all already had it, the target enemy loses 25% Defense Penetration, Offense or Potency, chosen at random. Then, the character in the Leader slot gains Defense Penetration Up for 2 turns and a Thermal Detonator is placed on all Jedi enemies for every stack of My Kind of Scum this character has. When the first of these Thermal Detonators expires, all Galactic Legend allies gain 10% Ultimate Charge.
UNIQUE: Bargain Over Fighting (Final Text, Zeta)
Hutt Cartel allies have +5% Mastery for every 30% Mastery or Max Health they have. Jabba the Hutt gains doubled Ultimate Charge when Bib Fortuna starts his turn or uses a Special ability. Jedi enemies have -30% Tenacity.
Any thoughts? This is my second kit so any feedback is appreciated.
