The developers promise us G12 by the end of the era for all characters. But after the end of the era, it will take 3+ months to level up from G12 to G13. Then, in a year, F2P players will have a warehouse full of G12 characters and very few G13 characters. Perhaps we should speed up the leveling process from G12 to G13 to 2 weeks? And also speed up the leveling process from G0 to G13 to 1 month?

G12 —> G13 takes you three months?!
3 months? There must be quite something wrong with the way you handle economy. Took me 10 to 14 days to gear a g12 toon up to r5 or even r7 quite some time ago. And since then it became A LOT easier.
Typically Characters become FTP farm-able after 3 months. Meaning they go on a node for farming... Typically it can take 2months after that to get them to 7 star (if your refreshing the node)...
To get from g12 to g13, You can use "https://gear.swgohevents.com/" or Swgoh.gg to find out what material you need gear them before the era ends. With planing you can level them that last gear tier the day after the era ends.
For some players for toons to be useful you need them at 7star and relic 6 at a minimum. But that is not a hard rule for everyone and every toon.
This is taking into account that three additional energy purchases are required. And the store doesn't always have the necessary parts available for raid materials.
I think you should check out a tutorial. I’m fully f2p for 2 years and have a full roster of relics mostly 7+. Since tokens came in it is WAY easier to get a toon to r5. G12-g13 takes 2 max 3 days. You’re meant to focus one toon, sounds like you might be farming 3 or 4 at the same time. Use your energy for gear you can easily along with raid and events get 2-3 full g13 pieces per day.
If you're talking about tokens for Epoch currency, I use that currency for p10 parts. I haven't seen any other tokens.
Regarding upgrading with energy and raid currency: Not all parts are sold for raid currency, and energy drops 1-2 pieces of the required materials for purchasing additional energy.
Yeah, there is some thing very different in how you're handling the economy. In Era Shipments, below the Coaxial Servomotors (the relic 10 pieces), there four Aurodium Lightspeed Tokens, which instantly take a character up to 6* r5. Are they not available in your country? But anyway, that doesn't matter for new Era characters, since the Lightspeed Tokens don't work on them anyway.
All g12 gear is sold for raid currency in the Guild Store except for the first g12 finisher piece. But those are available in the Guild Events Store, Championship Store, and Episode Shipment, as well as from the Wandering Scavenger in Conquest.
I'll be the first to say g12 is a real pain—it's my current bottleneck for a lot of my roster. But I don't think it takes three months, not even to do five characters.
