Biggs ship bug?

I could be missing something but I feel like there is a bug with Biggs ship and was wondering if I just don't understand the mechanic or what... Anyhow, lately Biggs doesn't seem to be taunting an...

Is there an update on this bug? I am just getting started and my whole team is based on Biggs taunting and protecting him.

He is not getting taunt 100% of the time.

I tried using him as reinforcement to have the advantage and guarantee a TL and taunt, does not work.

Please help, thanks.
