Biggs ship is broken ??
Whose ideea was it to give a self sustaining tank that calls assists? This is so bad. 35 % Protection recuperation is A LOT. Way too much.

Nope.
At high end arena he only lasts a little while because the damage outstrips the protection. I run Biggs and four target lockers and they can't keep up with the damage. It just delays things a little while instead of making him invulnerable.
