Biggs ship is broken ??
Whose ideea was it to give a self sustaining tank that calls assists? This is so bad. 35 % Protection recuperation is A LOT. Way too much.

That's not what I meant, target locked ships seem target locked again while having it, before the refresh, that may be a bug if target lock does not stack.
target locking a already target locked enemy "refreshes" the target lock so to speak.
