Biggs ship is broken ??
Whose ideea was it to give a self sustaining tank that calls assists? This is so bad. 35 % Protection recuperation is A LOT. Way too much.

It's not "stacked," that's the wrong term. But it can be applied to someone who already has it. Still not a bug.
