BlasTech Weapons mod doesn't prevent revive from Endless Ranks modifier?

Not sure if this is a bug or WAI, but Wat's BlasTech Weapon Mod isn't preventing revives on Imp Troopers with this modifier in conquest.
With Wat being nerfed as he was, this is important.
