Blind isn't really a common thing I come across with only 3 character who can cause it. 1 is out of my reach and the other two not typically used in raids (or so I think). So really I have 3 questions.
1) can you actually blind a raid boss?
2) blind does not affect unavoidable attacks, right? So, if you blind a character who then uses an unavoidable attack, it should not be consumed?
3) If one is the attacker is blinded and the defender has foresight, which is consumed first?
1. Yes as that is one way to save yourself in the Acklay mission just before his AOE.
2. Unavoidable attacks do not interact with evade at all. Therefore if a unit uses an unavoidable attack while Blinded, it will not consume Blind because the expiration condition for Blind was not met. (taken from Missions kit reveal)

Edit. Reread and realized my error. Not 100% sure about 1, but I'm guessing Acklay is treated like a raid boss.
