Bluestacks Andriod Emulator is it Allowed?

I started playing SWGOH using Bluestack, andriod emulator for PC. Is this safe? I really don't want to use my phone since it eat up battery pretty fast.

I've been looking for something for iOS that an ipad mini4 or iphone 7 plus could handle....is there such a thing??
