Boba fett leader

Is boba good as a leader? With the high crit damage, could he be a good leader even without a droid team?

I kinda want to build somewhat of a counter team, but the only three counter guys i'm interested in are 5's, Dooku, And kylo. Secura would be cool but I'm a free boi. Any suggestions?
