Bonus Drop Rates Are Terrible

I don't like to complain about free stuff, but seriously, with drop rates like this why even have an event? 3 fleet refreshes = 1 zeta material, and you're more likely to spin a 100% drop of a new ship on Cantina than get more than 1 "bonus drop".
