Bought SEE II Bundle… didn’t get the characters In-Game

Bought through the online store and received no characters when launching the game. How do I submit a request for a refund?

    I'd recommend not buying through the online store until they confirm it's 100% working right. 

    Use google/apple for purchases if you do since at the least you can do refund requests when you don't get what you pay for.  Perhaps that will get CG to be more concerned about quality instead of just purchases.

  • I appreciate the recommendation and will do on a go forward basis. However, it doesn’t rectify the situation. If this is an ongoing issue, EA should work to address the issue with an online store that was created and pushed by them. 

    This creates a concern that spending through their preferred channel is counterproductive to their consumers and decreases the trust of their paying player base.
