Nah, easy enough mistake to make. It certainly doesn't help that there were a bunch of people SAYING that all percent damage effects had been changed right after the expose change went into effect.
I still think detonators should be dodgeable or resistable, but not both, and more characters need to interact with them (jawas and bounty hunters). But other than that, I think they're about right.
