Barris Offe could be easily brought back to overall relevance by increasing heal % after health equalization by just a bit and increasing the chance of invigorating strike to heal her entire party just a bit, though not the heal %.
If play testing reveals that this is still insufficient, we can then bring back the old pre-nerf Barris, though not the insane 50% increase in health to the whole Jedi squad (25% to non Jedis) nonsense from back before hard launch.
