Broken Dark Trooper Moff Gideon
Just fought a remnant team that had dark trooper in GAC. Well, when the battle launched there was not 1 dark trooper, there were 2. This is part of the new cron set that has not come out yet.

Or, they aren't testing like they should and bugs and unintended consequences keep slipping through that should've been caught by.....beta testers?
It happened to me as well, my opponent put BAG on defense and dark trooper popped up in the fight. It wasn't a huge issue, but still shouldn't be happening.
@CG_Tusken_Meathead nit sure if you are aware, but I and at least one guildmate got a surprise Dark Trooper during TB.
As there are no datacrons for TB the issue seems to be related to something else than DCs.- Since the wording on the dev tracker doesn’t make it clear to me if only DC related issues are looked into, here is another example of a surprise dark trooper, this time in conquest.
Haven’t tried deliberately to get it there, he just shows up while I was feat farming.
