Brought the LSB and got crystals instead

Hey, So i purchased the Scythe LSB and got 3.5k crystals instead and its not showing up in the store either.  What do I do?  This is my Ally Code- 221347123

I had this happen once a few months back with some item as well and the strange part was that I received this item some weeks later all of a sudden?
