BUG: GAC Best rank achieved update dropped down divisions
I lost a couple of divisions over night, can we have a fix?

- It's been borked since the previous revamp anyway.
- Didn't anyone else notice their Best Rank to be dropped from Div1 -> Div5. I've seen heard and saw that players were dropped to Div5 with their best rank.
- Noticed after someone pointed it out but I just don’t care. It’s a meaningless stat.
