Bug on GAC, final blow as timer runs out

Something strange / buggy happened. I hit Jabba on GAC with JMK. I had killed 4 out of 5, battle was on auto. At the last second, after I had seen the message that I lost, killed 4 and clicked submit...

Yes, it is as DarjeloSalas says. The GAC map says I cleared 3 teams on first attempt. And I only have 123 banners

Ah. Your post is a bit confusing. Now I understand.

Sometimes these are just display glitches that get fixed if you exit the particular area of the game and go back in, or just relaunch. I'm assuming this didn't happen here.

I've never been in this situation, so I didn't understand your description of it.
