Bug report form broken. Posting visual bug report here.

I am posting it here because I don't know where else to post. I cannot select any platform. So filling out a bug report is no longer possible. Clearing cache doesn't help. I might as well post ...

The bug team won't see this if you post on here.

If you are sure you are signed in at Answers HQ and have tried resubmitting, you could maybe try toggling ipv6 on your router and see if that fixes the problem with the site.
