Bug report form broken. Posting visual bug report here.

I am posting it here because I don't know where else to post. I cannot select any platform. So filling out a bug report is no longer possible. Clearing cache doesn't help. I might as well post ...

It is a problem with the Bug Report form on Answers HQ. Only that field. I haven't checked if it has been fixed yet.
What is ipv6 supposed to do?
