Hopefully, this is powerful, yet balanced. With his multiple affiliations, like his buddy R2, he is able to be used in a variety of team comps including Rebels, Resistance, Jedi, Droids etc... and hopefully balance the meta by making a broader range of factions viable in the arena

Also, with the passive offensive bonuses he gives, including damage and an improved critical rating, alongside his buddy R2, they could possibly help to make toons which previously weren't so viable, more viable in arena due to the additional health and DPS bonuses :)
