I purchased the general GAS bundle and it failed, compensated 7k crystals

I don't want crystals, I want either a refund or for my light speed bundle, not sure why it failed to give me the bundle, the crystals are not worth the $50 I payed. What can I do to be resolved? Seriously puts me off purchasing anything again in the future
