Absolutely overpowered, but I like the concept. Greatly reduce the amount of buffing and debuffing he does. You said he was to have no attacks, and that you would have to compensate. By giving him an assist attack, you immediately resolve his only weakness, and make it overpowering as R2 assists. I would love to see a C-3PO with powerful R2-D2 synergy, and one who is virtually a pure support droid. However, this is just too strong lol
