You sadly wouldn't know it since cg responded to the haat raid on their official forums on reddit. And nothing about it on their unofficial forums on ea website.
But cg stated on reddit that haat has been solo able for quite some time and no changes are pending to anyone as it relates to haat. The soloing of p3 in sith is considered end game content and have already indicated they plan to make changes but those changes haven't been confirmed yet. Most certainly if Finn is changed it could clearly have an impact on haat solo with 3po.
