Can’t refresh shipments

Yep…been this way for about a week. Meathead said he raised it with the team. Annoying for sure. I would have thought they’d fix this ASAP since it means people can’t spend crystals on store refreshes.

So I can now refresh but if I buy anything I lose the ability to refresh. Very wierd.

I submitted this via help/support. Uploaded a video. Still haven't gotten a response, I posted it on Friday.

I have noticed if you restart the game, it resets, but then it automatically does this all over again.

I get it also, only solution is to close the game and re-enter.

CG finally answered my ticket and said to clear my cache, which I did, then recorded it happening again and again, each time resetting by restarting the game. Not sure what caused this, but it's annoying
