Can’t sell this Mod.

Tried, but the sell button didn’t show up as well ?

You most likely have the mod assigned to a loadout.

Delete the loadout and then it should appear and allow you to sell it.

I dunno about the blue one but you have lock symbols on a couple. I can't recall what locking them actually does but preventing selling would not be a surprise.

Tried messing about a bit. That would likely stop you. Seems you would need to both unlock AND remove from loadouts.

Correct, locking prevents selling, as does being in any loadout.
