Can I 7* padme with this?
Will I be able to punish tier 7 of aggressive negotiations? Gg is 95/100, so I should finish his stars tomorrow.

I have the same question so might as well post in this thread too.
6* Padme unlock was easy with Nute lead last time, but I only had him at 6* then so I didn't even try for 7* Padme.
