Can we ever get are tickets back?
I am trying to finish SEE ultimate and when i did the 70 ticket event it was just in loading for like 10 mins..So I restarted the app and now I lost my tickets? Any way to get them back or complain to...

In addition to some things that have been said, I would like to add the request that CG should use
an ingame information in the future whenever bugs appear and are known or other important informations. A chunk of players neither use the forums, Reddit or Discord. The game has everything that's needed to inform the players so it should be used.
To expect players to use other platforms just because it's neglected in game and then blaming them if they don't, is not the right way.
