Clones definitely need a faction-pass (in a few months, after Droids and Grievous have had their time in the spot-light), but I'd really like to see a rework for the older Jedi in the game first. The new ones are fantastic, obviously, and GMY, too, after his rework, but they still need to give some attention to Anakin (the frakkin' Chosen One), Mace Windu, Qui-Gon Jin, Ahsoka, Plo Koon, etc.
Fix those guys first, then get the Clones in order, then pretty much all will be well.
