Can we make the thursday TB start permanent?

Not sure about everyone else, but its generally a lot better for us to have TB start on a thursday. Keeps the important phases like P5 and P6 off friday and saturday nights when a lot of people do combat really late, making deployment worse to plan around. Was just wondering if this is permanent and if not, if it could be considered to be kept like this?
