They should know a majority of players won't pay for those marquee characters.
It's just fueling our discontent...
They imagine at some point we'd break and say " can't take it anymore, I will buy that €80 pack!".
Won't work that way guys!
I was happy to spend some money on those 21 days crystals boosts sometime ago. I could spend them the way I liked and price was reasonable.
Now those packs are just unreasonable, I don't think you're making more money but I'm sure you're making more unhappy players and that means losing customers..
