Can't BUY the slice a bundle on PC version

Tried this in technical issues, post has been lost in other posts. I try to buy the slice a bundle on the pc version. Choose the three things i want, press buy and get an error: ref. #OFFERNOTPURCHA...

Day 3 of not being able to buy the bundle on pc client, still the same error message.

guess i'll just keep my money in my pocket and lower my expectation of this company even more
