Can't craft finisher

Question

I collected all the required components to finish Darth Revan's gear level to XIII, but the "craft" and the "equip" button is inactive. Yes, I have enough credits as well, and yes I have 2x50 kyrotech before you ask. So I have done everything what I can do but still I can't equip the finisher. I've read something about that the finishers are unique, so once you crafted elsewhere you will not able to crafted again to another character. Is this still a living bug in this game?? If yes it's very dumb. How I can know even months earlier that I will need the same finisher to another char but I have to choose which one to dress up??
So anybody knows a solution that? How I can finish Darth Revan's gear if I crafted for someone else the same finisher?

This has never been a thing. The issue was/is that if you craft a certain finisher on a character, it can only be used on that character (but you can craft a finisher for another character with the same materials if you have them).

You don’t have enough credits is my guess.Start crafting the individual parts, which also requires creds..

yeah you dont have the credits. you need about 300k to craft it fully
