Well good luck on this one. The EA support on such a topic is pretty abysmal. Our guild leader has the same issue since almost 5 days. It’s hurting him already heavily but starting next week (conquest and TB) he and the whole guild will be even affected more.
Probably our whole guild has to disband as without a guild leader there are issues officers can’t compensate. Oh luckily it’s already weekend which means that no one will resolve this issue in a timely manner.
