Umm the stun guns are farmable in nodes for energy and aren't that expensive to buy in guild shop, guild event shop, and shard shop. Still a crunch but not nearly as bad as you're painting that picture.
Not in the guild store apparently. But I agree otherwise. Cheap in GE store, and can usually get 6 a day from the SS.
