I buy all of mine from Fleet shipments. I can easily get a full set in about a week if I have good RNG. Now they haven't shown up in a couple days and my Kenobi needs 150 of them :(
XD I'm the same with guns now... Thrawn needs 150 and there wasn't even one refresh of them in the ship store ever since the event started.
