R9 Assassin is already irrelevant if you use the Fury Sass, MkVI lineup on offense. There were also already other counters. You're the one who chose to put R9 materials there.

If it doesn't make a difference, then why is CG going to buff Tie Dorito to make it the better starting ship? Your logic is not sound.
