I count 5 global ‘factions’ feats: ns (doable with undergeared new marquee), tuskens (doable with undergeared new marquee), aphra ds droids (as last conquest, so not ‘new marquee’), unaligned (doable with inqs, so not ‘new marquee’), cere/cal (doable with jml, new marquee).
So you have 60% new marquee, 20% very difficult if you don’t have jml and 40% doable without buying any new marquee shards by having the rest of the roster, which is not new.

You do need a broad roster to pull it off though, which was always what conquest was about.
