Change Web Store Email

I linked my work email (I know it's a bad idea now...) and quit my job so I lost access to that email. I contacted EA help but was told they could not verify my account ownership so unable to help me....

EA help as in ingame support? If so, dont waste your time there. I believe its an outsourced support with zero or little ability to change things.

I would approach and report it via EA Answers HQ technical assistance.
