Everyone else got the Christmas calendar. I didn't. It never showed up anywhere. Only the phoenix calendar. What they always reply on my messages is that they are so happy that they're going to help you and when you provide anything they ask, they say make a post on general discussion topic. No solution at all
For me, to collect the calendar I had to go to the “store” where you purchase the bronzium data cards. When I scrolled I found it for free in that section. Are you saying it hasn’t appeared there at all?
No it didn't. I got on another account. When i logged in my account i was looking for it but nothing. I cleared cache, delete the game and yet again nothing
Looking at the screenshot I see the "jump to 85" calendar so im assuming the account is under lvl 85. That is probably the req for the holiday R10 calendar and why you didn't see it.
You need to be level 85 to get it, when you reach 86 then check the Webstore.
